Refund policy

RETURNS

We will happily accept returns for items purchased from shoponegod.com. Our team will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original method of payment for all eligible returned merchandise.

Please send photos to itsmorganariel@gmail.com if you have an issue with your order and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible to be returned and will be rejected by our Returns Department. This includes:
  • International orders (except orders shipped to Canada)
  • All accessories
  • All markdown items purchased.

Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. 

*PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND DO NOT GET MAKEUP, SELF TANNER, DEODORANT, PET HAIR OR ANY OTHER STAINS ON YOUR NEW CLOTHES WHEN TRYING THEM ON. ITEMS RETURNED WITH UNREPORTED DAMAGE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF $25.

We do not offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Returns must be postmarked/shipped within fifteen (15) days of receipt. 

EXCHANGES

Merchandise excluding the above mentioned items can be exchanged and/or a store credit given within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
